礁溪溫泉蕃茄 Jiaosi’sthermal-spring-tomato”
Thermal-springs-tomato is one of the specialities at Jiaosi礁溪Yilan宜蘭, and ripe from mid-January to the end of April. It is a little delayed because of a lower temperature in this winter.
Thermal-springs-tomato mainly in variety of “Momotaro桃太郎” is planted in deep earth clay, it appears in pink color and is characterized by thin skin, delicate pulp, and sweet, delicious relish.  It has a long shelf life.
